AS3绘制虚线图形

项目开发中遇到采用虚线绘制曲线、圆形和矩形，通过参考一位老外的虚线绘制方法，在其基础上修改和增加了绘制圆形、椭圆、矩形的方法。

使用方法：
 
1var dl:GDashedLine = new GDashedLine(target,onLength,offLength);
2dl.drawEllipse(x,y,width,height);
